A Christmas to Remember
“While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manager, because there was no guest room available for them.
Luke 2:6-7
Who: This event is for all women high school age and older. For all women from Our Savior, the community, other churches, …even all of Nebraska Men will be asked to serve as volunteers for this event as servers, parking lot, and babysitting.
What: A event to celebrate women and allow them to have time in fellowship and to be pointed to Christ during the busy Christmas season.
Where: November 30th 3-5pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church 2420 W Omaha Ave Norfolk, NE in the Worship Center
Why: The purpose of this event is outreach to those that don’t have a relationship with Jesus or have fallen away from one. It’s about us (the church) being an inviting, accepting, and hospitable place. The goal is to allow women to feel welcomed and to not be threatened being in a church environment. It’s all about the Gospel and loving people where they are at in life.
