2025 LCMS NE District Middle School District Youth Gathering

Jr High Students:

The District Middle School Gathering is for Jr. High Youth (6th, 7th and 8th graders at OSL). The Nebraska District hosts the gathering, and this year the gathering will be held on November 8-9 at Younes Conference Center South in Kearney. 

All events will center around the theme "SHOW" based on Romans 5:8 "But God Shows his love fu us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Participants will join together as a large group for the mass events to sing, pray, and hear entertaining leaders talk about the gathering theme SHOW! Breakouts and Bible studies will be a time for smaller groups to meet and dive deeper into the theme.  AND, there will be time to play! Take part in the talent show or just watch and then choose from the fun activities during fellowship time. You’re sure to meet new friends and grow in your relationship with Jesus!

We will be providing transportation to and from the event. We will be taking vans and leaving Our Savior at 8:00am on Saturday 11/8 and returning at around 2:00pm on Sunday 11/9. Saturday night will we stay at a local hotel (we are working on which one.) The registration cost includes all event fees, food, and stay. More information will be provided in the coming weeks.
